关于 help 的用法：

一、help 作动词，意为 “帮助，协助”

1. help (sb.) with sth. 在某方面帮助（某人）

Can you help with the housework?

你能帮忙做家务吗？

Tom often helps his sister with English.

汤姆经常在英语方面帮助妹妹。

1. help sb. （to）do sth. 帮助某人做某事

to可以省略，sb.也可以省略

We help to clean the classroom.

我们帮忙打扫教室。

I helped mom wash clothes.

我们帮助妈妈洗衣服！

1. help （sb.）out 帮助某人摆脱困难

强调帮助摆脱困境，解决问题；

Thank you so much for helping me out.

谢谢你帮我摆脱困难；

1. help oneself 请自便/随便

If you want something to drink, help youself.

如果你想要喝点什么，请自便 。

help oneself to sth. 为某人/自己取用...；随便来点...

Come and help yourself to some apples.

快来随便吃点苹果。

1. can't help doing sth. 情不自禁做...

When he heard the news, he couldn't help crying.

当他听到这个消息时，他情不自禁的哭了。

can't help to do sth. 不能帮助做某事

属于help的正常用法；

I can't help to do the homework for you.

我不能帮助你做作业。

二、help 可用作名词，常见的短语有：

1. with the help of ... 在...的帮助下 （名字短语）

= with one's help

I finally passed the exam with the help of my friend.

在我朋友的帮助下，我终于通过了考试。

1. ask/call （sb.）for help 寻求帮助

If you are in trouble, call the police for help.
